Problem with squad in ADW

I hope this is the right thread for these kind of things, but frankly its the only thread I can read....

We have a major ptoblem with our squad TaisteluTunarit.
It's got four pilots TT_Tumba,TT_Elgaeb,TT_Deerhunter and TT_Caldomir.

Squad management claims that the squad consists of 4 of 4 active pilots.
However the pilot list in squad management shows only three pilots, TT_Tumba,TT_Elgaeb and TT_Deerhunter.

TT_Caldomir is missing.
TT_Caldomir has received his callsign and password via email as we all did.
He can manage his pilot stats as we all can.
He can logon to the server, but he cannot fly as he doesn't doesn't have a home base.

Could an Admin, pretty please, check what is going on?

Will try to do next steps:
1. Add one or two pilots callsigns.
2. will see if those pilots appears in Squad management
3. May be TT_Caldomir will appears too.
4. Then you can delete superfluous callsigns

Dropped planeset added 2 pilots to 6 pilots.
No TT_Caldomir...

Dropped planeset
reduced 1 pilot to 5 pilots.
No TT_Caldomir...

Added a pilot: TT_Caldomirri.
Worked.
TT_Caldomir just needs to adjust to be called Caldomirri in the future...
